We want you to love your Scotch & Soda pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy package, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

Attach the Label

Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
